Julieanne Burridge is a Doctor of Nursing Practice-prepared registered nurse and Nurse Executive Advanced-Board Certified (NEA-BC) leader with expertise in nursing leadership, healthcare operations, quality improvement, workforce development, case management, and care coordination. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Salem State University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from MGH Institute of Health Professions.

Her professional experience spans nursing administration, staff education, curriculum development, regulatory compliance, infectious disease management, intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD), behavioral health, and community-based healthcare services. She has extensive experience leading interdisciplinary teams, developing clinical education programs, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and advancing person-centered care for medically complex and vulnerable populations.

Julieanne currently serves as Director of Nursing for Turning Point, Inc. and Nurse Advocate for Senior Living Advocates, where she supports individuals, families, and healthcare organizations through leadership, education, advocacy, and systems improvement.

Based in Amesbury, Massachusetts, Julieanne is committed to advancing nursing practice, developing future healthcare leaders, and improving access to high-quality care across diverse communities.

She lives in Amesbury, MA where she is a foster parent and a mom to a few four-legged friends.
